    International Day of Brian

    By briantologist | August 25, 2004

My 29th year is officially over and done with, which means it’s my birthday today. It went okay. I got a decent raise at work. My life has been dramatically enhanced by the following:

There are other pluses, but I’ll list them when I’m feeling more reflective. In the mean time, thanks to all eight of you who read this thing. You’re way better than all those other dumbasses on the Internet.

Yo dude, Happy Birthday. I’m glad your love for deBruin doesn’t interfere with that continued marriage thing that’s happening.

Happy Birthday!!!! Now, if only I could get you some dried shrimp and have Sarah B. punch you violently in the ear, it would be just that much better.
PS: A. says that for your bday he has a charming picture of you in your debut public appearance with your biggest, most vocal, fan.
“YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL!! I LOVE YOUR SONGS!! THIS IS THE GREATEST THING!!”
I don’t think I could give you better Brianday wishes myself.

Oh man. It just isn’t your birthday until I punch you in the ear. HBD, champ.

      Am I the 8th!?

On the behind of Ms de Bruijn’s pants does it read: “Briantology” or am I just seeing things?

      Happy IDOB!

What about a list of things that only sort of enhance your life? Like fudge and the Wavebird controller.

I would certainly like to think Ms. de Bruijn’s pants read “Briantology.” In fact, I’m gonna go ahead and believe that.

Know what else vaguely enhanced my life? Draftbot, that’s what.

I bet Inge gives spirited oral with that strong jaw of hers. She’d chew yer fuckin’ head off! Either one, even.

      Happy birthday, Champ.

I can’t pull off a look like that. Half the letters would be swallowed by my giant arse, and I’d be a walking Mad Magazine fold-in.

Serious question now: Has anyone heard anything yet about the trousers? Is there any word on Inge’s pants?

(I think I’m done now. Happy birthday.)

Brian, I’m so proud and honored that our reunitement made your list, and am totally onboard with it following Trucky and the iPod. (placing Trucky above marriage I’ll leave to your internal house politics to sort out) You and elb, and the subsequent Mageezo excursions, certainly make my top 5 list of the past year, rest assured my good man.

Also, I think Brujin may be related to:

You don’t get jaws combined with height like that from just anywhere.

She’s in good company. As are we, in the M’Geezo/McGee Zone. They’re in no particular order, I’ll belatedly point out.
