    I owe an eternal debt of gratitude to my dear friend James for showing me this site, perhaps the funniest thing I’ve seen in months. According to the FAQs, yes, every last one of these covers is real. Spend lots of time with this, and enjoy it. That last part is redundant.

      BTW, there was a big deal with gorilla covers in the 50′s and 60′s w/ DC Comics because they started to realize that putting a monkey on the cover would automatically double their sales. After a while, so many comics were trying to cheat by sneaking an ape into the story that the management had to pass a rule that only one title per month was a allowed a gorilla story.
