    Yolk

    By briantologist | October 11, 2005

So I think whatever ill-advised Egg Advisory Board was behind the “Incredible Edible Egg” ad campaign back in the eighties should take my ill advice and launch a new promotional campaign, something to make ova a household word again. Something hip, something urban, something that’ll shout out to suckas all over: Eggs ain’t frontin’!

ova IS a household word over here: it’s the possessive ending for nouns (navratilova = belonging to mr. navratil).

not to discourage your idea, though. i would like to see the humble ovoid all tricked out in bling and whatnot, rapping. bringing the message to the people. speaking omega 3 truth to cholesterol power.

That was like three punches in the gut at a formal occasion where you can’t throw up.

Then again, I try never to attend occasions at which I can’t throw up.

I would just like to say… are they good for you now, or not? ’cause they seem to go back and forth…

Personally, I like ‘em! Whatever you wanna call it.

If you have some free time, I highly recommend participating in this year’s National Drunken Writing Night, Nov. 5.

Seriously, your baby is gorgeous! He is cute and looks cuddly and as fun as any baby I have ever seen, but that does NOT excuse you from updating regularly!! What, am I supposed to just suffer through these withdrawl symptoms? They don’t make 12 steps for this, pal!!!
