I don’t know if you’ve been keeping track or not, but those of you with as little to do with your free time as I do may have noticed that the ads, which quietly appeared beneath the Flickr badge a month or so ago, have now quietly disappeared, except for the “Get Firefox” one. This is because having ads on our site is not worth the $3.62 we made off them in an entire month’s time.
I apologize to any of you whose sensibilities may have been offended by said ads. I also thank you for not bitching at me about it. Our baby’s gotta eat, crackaz.
UPDATE: Um, reports of the ads’ disappearance may have been premature. YOU SAW NOTHING! WE NEVER HAD THIS CONVERSATION!

See, popups are where it’s at. And plastering the entirety of your site, top to bottom, left-to-right. If you’re gonna do ads, c’mon. Do ‘em up right. Don’t half-ass it. Dooce it up.
