No flies on the round-headed kid.
By briantologist | March 22, 2006
So I was thinking about what Paula was muttering through the good side of her mouth tonight, about how even the people who get voted off early go on to great careers and whatnot? I was trying to picture the diminutive* Mr. Covais‘s post-Idol career, and all I could think about was Eugene Levy’s career as an entertainer at the end of “Waiting For Guffman,” where he’s wearing a Hawaiian shirt and singing “My Bubbie Had a Kishka” at a Jewish retirement village.
I guess I just wanna see the round-headed Gentile kid sing “My Bubbie Had a Kishka,” is all I’m saying. Because I think Uncle Morty would really enjoy it.
* — Except did you notice when he was standing next to Seacrest that he’s like an inch taller than our host? I think Seacrest may actually be an actual gnome, a living breathing walking gnome, but without the amusing pointy hat and the voice of James Garner.
