Beauty rest

So, I don’t know how much NFL Network the rest of the internet is watching, but we here in the Unit have been known to watch the guys throw the ol’ pill around. Yeah, so there’s a lot of football, but I’m honestly not paying attention to it. What I’m scratching my head about is the new Russell Simmons pre-paid Visa card. You can either get a slick black one, or a skeevy pink one.
This is so lame to me that I am being forced into my bed. Besides, I have to rest up for my Professional Woman Meeting tomorrow. Today my Mom called to discuss what I was going to wear. I reassured her that whatever I wore would not show any of my tattoos. That was really all she wanted to hear. Then she spent a few minutes impressing upon me the importance of wearing jewelry, because “Successful women wear jewelry.” I promised I would wear jewelry.

That suit belonged to my Mean Great Aunt Louise. I inherited it when she dropped dead while picking blackberries in 105 degree weather.
