Dude, I moved out to NKY/Cincinnati area a couple years ago & chicks in cow suits chasing kids & peeing on porches seems to be the norm…

Yo Brian, how’s it going? This reminds me of George Carlin’s definition of the difference between maniacs and crazy persons…a maniac will beat 9 people to death with a steel dildo, a crazy person will beat 9 people to death with a steel dildo, while wearing a Bugs Bunny costume.
